1. Needs Analysis

We work with you to determine your specific needs and identify what will provide your desired outcomes and use your budget most effectively.

2. Research and Development

One of our experienced advisers will work with you to understand your organisation’s culture and environment. A proposal will be presented and then details are fine-tuned.

3. Programme Design

We design a solution and you agree to or amend this programme, as required. You tell us if you need us to brief management or other teams. Solutions may include: classroom-based training; coaching, blended learning, project-based learning or facilitation workshops.

4. Training Delivery

Depending on the size of the programme a pilot phase may be put in place followed by an evaluation before full roll-out.

5. Continuous Improvement and Evaluation

We monitor the programme(s) continually and formally evaluate them using the Kirkpatrick model. This model evaluates how learning is received, understood and implemented in the workplace. It will also measure effectiveness over a time period through key performance indicators agreed with you, at the beginning of the process.
