A Business Development Manager will work with you to determine your needs and objectives, and identify the best solutions with most effective use of your budget.

We’ll present a proposal to you and fine-tune the details in consultation with you.

We then design a solution which you approve and if required, we can help to communicate this to management or other teams.

Solutions may include: classroom-based training; coaching, blended learning, project-based learning or facilitation workshops.

Depending on the size of the training programme, we may suggest a pilot phase followed by evaluation, before full roll-out.
