The NVQ in Cleaning and Support Services is for anyone currently working in the cleaning sector, whether as a street cleaner, window cleaner or industrial cleaner.
At Level 1, this is suitable for a cleaner who is new to the industry or a cleaner who has been carrying out cleaning duties under supervision. At Level 2, the qualification is suitable for a cleaner who has received training in various cleaning techniques, health and safety and customer services and is responsible for their own actions and work procedures in the workplace.
