First Aid Refresher
This half-day refresher course is for anyone who needs to update their First Aid at Work Certificate. On completion, candidates will have demonstrated their competence to:
- Assess the situation in an emergency
- Administer first aid to a casualty who is unconscious and /or in seizure
- Administer CPR
- Administer first aid to a casualty who is wounded or bleeding and/or in shock
Food Safety in Catering (CIEH)
The Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations (1995) state that all food-handlers must be “supervised and instructed and/or receive training in food hygiene matters commensurate with their work activities”.
On this one-day course you will learn the basic principles of food hygiene; ensuring food is handled and stored correctly in order to prevent contamination.
