This unit is about managing conflicts between team members. It covers taking pre-emptive action to avoid conflicts occurring and working with team members to resolve problems when they emerge. The workshop specifically covers:

Effective Meetings for Managers

This one-day workshop is based on a Unit from the Level 3 Certificate and Diploma in First Line Management. On completion, managers will know how to manage and contribute effectively to a meeting. It addresses topics such as meeting preparation, decision making and action plans.
