CCTV Public Space Surveillance

This Level 2 CCTV qualification is ideal if you are operating or intending to operate, CCTV equipment which is either deployed into fixed positions or has a pan, tilt or zoom capability enabling you to pro-actively monitor the activities of member of the public. The award will provide you with the knowledge, understanding and skills required to apply for a licence to practice from the Security Industry Authority.

This new course has been designed for security staff performing higher risk roles such as door supervision and retail security who wish to be taught safer methods of physical intervention to improve staff and customer safety.
