The new Pick Your Own initiative from Fast Forward allows you to take individual course units on a stand-alone basis or take a group of units that lead towards an Accredited Award, Certificate or Diploma qualification. Course units generally last half-days or full days with many units being funded if employees meet the eligibility criteria. You choose the course unit(s) which are most relevant to you or your business so you are in control

View our available units here - Store up your units and learn at your own pace. Unit Store allows you to study one particular unit, store it and then continue with additional units at a later date.
- Participate or perform – you decide. You have the opportunity to attend workshops for knowledge only purposes or should you wish to gain formal accreditation for your learning, take a work based performance assessment or assignment. Certain units do require you to be already working within that role in order to do the assignment as it is based in the workplace.
